Very colorful and dramatic...It is interesting to think about the element of "time" in an installation.
ReplyDeleteThis picture captures the moment. but once the smoke dissipates, and the dyes, unfurl, all is quiet and it is fleeting.... and disappears... What do you think of that?
That's really interesting, I never thought of it like that. I also didn't consider the element of time until you mentioned it. I thought of it as like a playful mystery happening with the bright colors and smoke hiding the mystery of what is behind the frame. I can see now how it captures the moment of the explosion and then a peacefulness after the smoke dissipates.
